































Before moving into SaaS, I spent nearly 10 years leading retail marketing and merchandising across North America. At Lush, I directed visual merchandising for 180+ stores, launched global product campaigns, and personally opened 20+ new stores. As part of the campaigns team, I concepted and brought campaigns to life in-store — from seasonal launches to global brand initiatives.
At Saje Natural Wellness, I led in-store marketing strategy for 80 stores across Canada and the U.S., introducing window campaigns that bridged to digital, rolling out 3D planogram technology, and building merchandising tech stacks that linked design to sales performance. I was also on the campaigns team, creating 360° activations that connected in-store experiences to digital touchpoints, ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact.
From seasonal windows to major events like Ted Talks, IpsyGen, and Squamish Fest, I built retail experiences that drove engagement, loyalty, and growth — the same foundation I now bring to SaaS marketing.
